Beverley Cattermole, Shiatsu Practitioner (MRSS)

With over 30 years experience in the education profession, specialising in Health and Well Being since 1991, it was my own success using natural approaches to self healing that led me to studying for three years at The Devon School of Shiatsu, obtaining my diploma in 2001. I am a Member of the Register of Shiatsu Practitioners (MRSS), and am currently also a "t", a shiatsu teacher in training, running shiatsu days and beginner's courses in the Portsmouth and Southampton area. I regularly update my training: for me shiatsu is a life long learning project as well as a way of life! I use a wide range of approaches as appropriate, including Barefoot Macrobiotics, Healing, Zen and Shiatsu for Women. I also have qualifications in counselling and I am a Reiki Master Teacher

The Portsmouth Shiatsu Centre is in the Southsea area of Portsmouth, and within easy reach of Southampton, Winchester, Petersfield, Chichester and The Isle of Wight. NEW: I now have Clinics in Chichester and Old Portsmouth.

I am experienced at treating conditions such as back and neck pain, fatigue,
headaches/migraines,whiplash and sports injuries, joint pain/reduced mobility, menstrual difficulties, infertility, pre-conceptual care, pregnancy and childbirth and postnatal care, asthmatic and allergy problems, stress and depression. I have also given shiatsu support to those undergoing cancer treatments and surgery, and to those working with M.E. and M.S. I am also qualified to give ongoing life change support and macrobiotic counselling based on in-depth shiatsu diagnosis and recommendations.
